Amalie Iuel scored the second-most points ever by a Trojan in the heptathlon to run away with the Pac-12 title and Lyndsey Lopes also recorded a personal-best score to place fifth at the 2016 Pac-12 Multi-Events Championships hosted by Washington at Husky Track in Seattle, Wash. today (May 8). Together Iuel (10) and Lopes (4) teamed up to score 14 points for the USC women in the Pac-12 Track and Field Championships, as the heptathlon represents the first of 21 events in the team competition. The remaining 20 events of the Pac-12 Track and Field Championships will be contested in Seattle on May 14-15.
